You took my monthly payment on Feb 1 1018 but i didnt receive my products until Feb 13. I had to go to the local vape shop and had to spend $34.00 to subsidize my e juice.

I think it only fair that you send me another order since it took 2 weeks to get here.. This is the third time ive sent this complaint and got no response. I can never get through when i call. Please make this right.
